Applied online Mid September, contacted by recruiter to setup first interview for the next day. Discussed resume, experience, and interest level. Was contacted 2 weeks later for a second interview with the lead engineer. Discussed technical questions relating to my background. Ghosted after that. Haven’t heard back and no explanation why as to what happened.

I completed the initial 20- 30-minute call. This did not have any technical questions. I provided my portfolio and explained how certain projects fit this role. I was given the next interview and set up a time at the end of this call.
