I had the same experience as another person I saw on here recently. In short, I was ghosted before even getting a chance to talk to anyone. I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screen for the following week. The recruiter said that they would call me at the scheduled time, but I am now at the end of my scheduled time and have not received a call, nor any note about being late, rescheduling, etc. Had I not seen any other reviews like this, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but the fact that I did has led me to question whether I want to work here at all. It would be exiting, and they have a great mission and all, but this kind of thing is often a canary in the coal mine situation. If this is the level of professionalism they present to the outside world, I have low hopes for what it's like to work with them internally.
