The first phone interview is easy but every interview after that gets increasingly more technical. They ask basic structures and fluid questions and you are expected to know equations off the top of your head,

The process started with an internal recruiter reaching out to get a baseline of experience. I next spoke to a member of the team for 30 minutes and was asked some standard structural engineering questions. After that, I made it to the second phone interview where I met with two members of the team for 30 minutes and was asked some pretty technical questions. I didn't come up with the right answer, so I did not make it to the final round.
