Threw my resume their way(without editing), two days later heard back from an HR recruiter, conducting two technical phone screens which were more difficult than usual phone interviews. Heard back a day later they wanted me on site. They gave me an expense paid trip to their site. Private tour of their facility which was amazing. Then two panel interviews which were intense but fair and very thought provoking.
Overall an awesome experience, everyone was very nice.

Entretien
Two phone calls, and then an onsite. Onsite included tour (AMAZING!), presentation to 6 managers, and then 4 four interviews with about 2 manager(s)/director each. SpaceX has extremely high expectations, but provided the support to meet these expectations - everything is clear throughout the process.

Very quick process! Had a phone screen with the HR rep, then phone screen with managers, then they flew me out for in-person interview at the HQ in Hawthorne (presentation and 1:1 interviews with 7 managers). 1:1 interviews were general interview questions.
