Apply online, next day I got a link to do a test, cognitive test, personality test and then 50 questions in 15 min. Test went bad for me, I took too long reading questions, I didn't finish more than 25 question. 2 weeks later I got and email: thanks for your interest, they decided to move forward with other candidates.

But I scheduled an interview and never heard back - I called the Sovos recruiter and left voicemails and an email but she never returned my calls. I finally once talked with the hiring recruiter at Sovos live, who said she was still interested in interviewing me, and would let me know, but she didn't call back.
