Applied online, contacted via email for phone interview with HR. Seemed to go well. HR interviewer was amiable and had answers to questions asked. Unfortunately and surprisingly absolutely zero feedback after the fact despite following up multiple times on my end. I understand not being able to follow up with every blind applicant but I'd assume at the very least a form electronic rejection for those you take the time to speak with personally and have take screening tests. It is simple professional courtesy which unfortunately appears to not be common today. Disappointed as it sounded like the organization is in a growth stage in their department for which I have direct experience. But again, no feedback. Hopefully the experience will be more complete for other applicants. Good luck!
