After completing a test of mostly math and vocabulary questions, I received an email to setup an interview. I let them know when I was available and then they went radio silent for over a week. I followed up with them and they responded immediately asking if I was available next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I again let them know that I was and they ghosted me again until the following Wednesday in which they emailed me letting me know they wanted to conduct an interview that same day. I showed up to the interview and the interviewer was quite kind and pleasant and asked me about my work history. She then sent me an excel assignment to complete. Afterwards, I was told that they would like to setup another interview with another manager at Sovos. The interviewer showed up 10 minutes late to the interview and the first thing she said to me was that she really did not like the department I worked for. I felt that she spent much of the interview belittling the work that I did and she obviously could not hide her disdain for my role as an analyst. I’m not sure why she felt the need to spend 45 minutes to put down someone else’s role and make them feel small. I am hoping she was having a bad day because I think it would be a toxic place to work. I have chosen to rescind my candidacy.

Completed an online test, then had a second proctored online test, where they monitored my exam using video conferencing tools - creepy and unheard of. Then they interviewed me in a long interview process. A week later they told me I was too qualified for the position that I had applied for, and that instead they wanted me to interview for another more "advanced position", which offered the exact same salary. This company is not very realistic in its compensation and their product seems to be suffering along with it
