Interview was conducted professionally albeit in a rather casual setting in the office by 2 interviewers. General questions asked, work experiences, ability / experience to manage manpower issues (in terms of people management and shortage issues), willingness to work on flexible working hours (including possible weekends). A license from Police Licensing & Regulatory Department is required for the job.
