      My experience with Southwest Advantage’s recruitment process was quite structured and transparent. The process consisted of 4 stages. The first three stages were focused on assessing my basic skills and suitability for the position, including a phone screening, online tests, and an interview with a middle-level manager. The last, fourth stage was conducted with a senior manager, and its main goal was to assess my communication and sales skills. For example, he set a classic task “how would you sell a pen”, which allowed me to show creativity, the ability to persuade, and adapt my approach to the client’s needs. The impressions from the recruitment were positive: the team was professional, clearly explained all stages, and the tasks provided an opportunity to really show my strengths. At the same time, the last interview was truly a challenge, which allowed me to assess not only professional skills, but also the candidate’s communication potential. Overall, the process helped us understand that the company values ​​initiative, creativity, and persuasion, not just formal skills.

      I had a quick but effective "mini-interview" that helped in the selection process that gave me the chance for another full interview that I have scheduled for tomorrow. It was a group "mini-interview" that can be a little nerve-wracking but overall went really well.
