I was called for an interview and it was very easy. I was called back and asked to do a mandatory drug test and background check and after I passed both I was called back and offered a full time job. I had to travel to Dallas TX for a week long training.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
