Entretien
There were 2 interviews. First was a telephonic interview in which the interviewer ask basis questions. Second was a bit technical based on my experience that what project I have done as well as some behavioral questions.

Question 1
1st Round: Why Southwest? 2nd Round: Based on my projects and some behavioral questions. No coding questions.
Initial phone call and then 1 hour interview with HR and 2 team members. Initial call was vibe check and interview was mostly behavioral, but asked about projects and experience in detail
The format was a quick phone round with a recruiter, followed by a panel interview with three software engineers on a prospective team. The interviewers were all very polite. The questions were mostly behavioral, relating to the experience on my resume.
