A surprise interviewer was at interview that I was not aware of when given the information from the recruiter. The 2 people seemed to be on different pages when they determined what the needs and desires are.

A phone screening followed by an in person interview at the Dallas Headquarters. It was fairly straight forward and everyone was very friendly and helped you along with the process.

Applied online, had a phone screen and was invited to a super day, did not attend super day due to scheduling conflict, but it was an easy interview and it was unfortunate I did not get to attend.
