phone interview, followed with 2:1 interview, then after that was a panel interview with all the regional managers. the last step in the process was a skills test of a project given to us on the ability to maximize revenue.

HR phone call and ask some basic questions about myself. I don't have any work experience and can't answer most her questions. The interview only takes about five minutes and I don't think it will be the next round.
