Got a call about an open position in the supply chain department. Had a simple phone interview discussing your resume. Scheduled an in person interview. Southwest Airlines flew me out to Dallas the next week. Had an interview with my supervisor and a mentor, all were very friendly. Offered me the position as I walked out the door. Really good experience everyone was very friendly.
