Met a company representative at a career fair. First round behavioral interview. After that, interview with individual teams such as technology, operations, power delivery. They ask mostly the same questions in both interviews and no technical questions.

They only have a final round interview, and they basically ask only behavioral questions in a panel interview through WebEx. The process was simple and easy; it takes a few days to get a hearing back.

Was a smooth process, interviewed after career fair and was mostly behavioral questions. Was panel style with two supervisors that are engineers and took turns answering questions. Definitely brush up on those behavioral questions.

First round was a group interview, all behavioral and super relaxed environment. Be prepared with questions to ask the panel. They mostly asked Tell Me about a time questions and didn't really ask follow ups.
