Single phone interview. Asked standard questions. Panel interview and difficult to hear. The interviewers were very nice and were not condescending in any way. Hiring process was easy, received offer a few weeks later.

I found the application on the jobs website, then filled out the application and waited a while. I was called for an interview in Birmingham, AL. Overall great process, everyone involved was welcoming and helpful.

it was an on campus interview and I have not heard anything back yet. the interview was great and southern company is an awesome company that I hope to work for someday.
