The interview was straight forward. They reviewed my resume and asked about previous work experience. I heard back about their decision fairly quickly. Overall, it was hassle free and there was clear communication throughout the two week process.

They asked about previous work experience and skills that made me a good fit.
It was fairly simple, the interview took place in person and consisted of basic questions like "Tell me about yourself." If you are selected, you are asked to take two assessments in which they will then make the final decision.

Coming into an environment where we are almost like family, how would you better adapt to being the new employee?

Entretien
I came to see the campus and speak with the Admissions director and met some of the team and other directors, it was a very thorough process and they were very nice and respectful.. I had a quick follow up and was hired onto the team. I started working within the next two weeks.
