Interviewed with two managers in a relaxed environment. I was asked about my previous employment and experience in which my answer included the fact that I had neither call center nor banking experience. I was told that it would not be an issue. (turns out it definitely was.) I was asked to say their company greeting and was told I did great and would hear back. I heard back later that day that I would start the next week.
