No interview as they only reviewed my CV where I submitted my cover letter and some recommendation letters from former employers, then when I received the email from them it was already an offer

Smooth. They asked me a lot about my personal and academic background. 2 rounds of interviews in total. The first one was with the HR and the second one was with the people from the team.
