Started with general email / fit calls. Moved to live coding interview, where I was able to use my own development environment & internet tools. Did a small project where I fixed an actual bug for Sourceress. Ended with work history and general fit / expectations. Overall really enjoyed the interview process and felt that I had a strong understanding of what working for Sourceress would be like, and that they had a strong understanding of what working with me would look like.
