Interviewing took over a month and I met with the CEO more than once. Two recruiters from Sourcegraph were managing the process and both just stopped answering emails. The process was a huge time investment from both sides. It's puzzling why'd they waste so much time and then not even follow up. Feels like I dodged a bullet though since based on other reviews. Looks like they are rather unprofessional and have ghosted other applicants.

Interview process is publicly documented in detail in their handbook, including specific interview types for each role. For product managers there are multiple stages. It starts with a recruiter screen, then a detailed interview with a peer to go through the work history. Following that there is a presentation of past projects to a panel including members from the product team, design, and engineering.
