      Entretien

      It was not a long process. I initially met with the Senior Managers, then met with the Executives. I was hired through an Employee Referral. It took approximately one to two weeks--maybe the former.

      Positive interview experience when I applied last year. The process was phone and video interviews. The managers were professional and explained the job duties in more detail. Helped me to understand what the position would actually be like.

      Entretien

      No real interview. You speak to a couple managers and they don't care about experience but if you are older or heavy set the CEO won't hire you. They are very all over the place and I felt like no one was prepared for meeting me. The first manager comes into room and asks questions and then they leave and another manager comes in and asks SAME questions and then I was left alone for almost 15 minutes until the CEO came in and didn't ask me anything, he just talked about the company and I felt like he just wanted to verify my age and look (I learned later that was true) and left briefly. I then waited over 2 weeks to hear from anyone and after many red flags I declined the job. I can make more working retail or serving.
