There is very simple process of interview.
Firstly I got an email through naukri.com and then they ask me share resume after that they call me between 11:00 AM to 1 PM or 2:00 to 4 PM for face to face interview.
There was 3 rounds
Introductory Round with Team lead/Manager
Skill Interview + Salary Discussion with Manager/Team Lead
then telephonic interview with HR Head/ CEO on same day .

Difference between C & C++ ?
Difference between Developer & Tester ?
What is recruitment ?

- Good communication
- Grammar test online
- Record video of your self introduction
- last round will be taken by CEO
All this might happen happen on same day or if CEO is not available they will ask you to come again
