Applied online and received an email a week or so later to schedule a phone interview. The HR representative was very friendly and made me feel comfortable via phone. An in person interview was scheduled the following week. Again, the HR gal was very warm and easygoing - then, I met my would be supervisor. I was blown away by how unprofessional she was. There is no dress code as they don't have any direct contact with clients. Be prepared to see shorts and flip flops. The supervisor in particular appeared to have the homeless-chic look down. She seemed rushed, stressed, and couldn't even be bothered to crack a smile. I knew it wasn't going to go well before she asked me question one. I was also blown away by their alcohol at the desk policy. This practice is okay during lunchtime office get togethers. I was told there is a liquor store downstairs and it's popular amongst the group. Awesome.
