Formal 'About you' interview, pretty basic, following resume exploration with the VP of company and immediate boss. I then skyped with a member of their team across the country. Then a tour, then they added two other employees to the interview for more questioning.
It started off fine but I then received very unpleasant and almost rude remarks from on examiner. I had asked a simple and honest question regarding the company (something allowed on their east coast branch) and was met with animosity and laughed at. It was very disheartening and turned me off to the atmosphere of the work place. In the same breath they said they do everything they do in their office for the employees (decor, art, etc) and in the next, outlawed many things that I would consider general comforts at a work place for designers. (No music or headphones allowed at all even in a secluded office setting).
I informed my recruiter following the interview I would not be interested in pursuing it further - especially at the salary they were offering.
