I met with a manager one on one and had about a 30 minute long interview. It consisted of asking me where I've worked in the past, what I liked and disliked about them, what my strengths and weaknesses are, how much I wanted to work, and a few others questions. She asked me if I had any questions and I asked a few.

Easy interview process. Applied online then got a call from the studio manager. Had a phone call and then in person meet. Got the offer a few days later and accepted.
the interview was very chill and relaxed. interviewed once and heard back pretty much immediately. no hard questions; basically just seeing if you are a good fit and can talk to people.
Easy simple questions big focus on availability and customer service skills. They stress always finding the yes for the client and providing an overall great experience. Weekends are mandatory so be sure to include that in your availablity.
