Super straight forward interviewing process. I never felt like they were eager about me or that they were disinterested, they kept it very professional. They were always quick with following up on another interview. Simple phone and skype interviews. Each interview wasn't very informative about how they were proceeding and it was up to me to ask the timeline of everything and how it was going to go for the remainder of interviews etc.

What is your managing style? What is a difficult customer service situation you dealt with? Why SoulCycle? What kind of community outreach have you done in your past positions?
Went through 3 rounds, one with HR, one with local SM, and one with someone from HQ. Most of the interview questions were situational scenerios and emotional connection with the company.

The process took a while, but was worth it! There are definitely improvements that can be made to the spacing of the interviews but everyone is incredibly busy and if you want to work at a fast-paced company, you must accept that you may need to wait a few days for the recruiter to contact you regarding next steps.

Save yourself the time and energy. Perhaps one of the worst interviews I have been on. The whole process took about a month and it seemed like each interviewer was giving different descriptions of the job and training schedules. Throughout my interview process, I was told "When you are the manager" and "When you get selected." The main recruiter did not keep me informed at all during the process (aside from scheduling the interviews) and I had to check in twice to see what was going on as it had been over two weeks since we spoke last. She kept pushing the deadline back and finally I was told they were moving forward with an internal candidate. Super frustrating to even interview external candidates only for an internal one to get the position. Be shock there. I would not even bother with this company.
