Entretien
Consisted of an online application, submitting CV and Covering Letter. Then I was invited to complete an online logic and numeracy test which I passed. Then I was invited to an assessment day.
At the assessment day, it started off with a group exercise about getting stuck in snow on the way home. Next we had to present something about ourselves (we were already asked prior to create a 5 minute presentation).
Then most of the candidates were asked to leave and a few were asked to stay for a 1:1 interview.

Entretien
Filled in an easy online application form. Went to a one day assessment day consisting of a presentation, a group exercise and a one-to-one interview. Everyone had to give a 5 minute presentation about themselves. The group exercise was about rating the important of certain items in a crisis and discussing this in a group. The one-to-one interview, as mentioned below was with someone from HR I never saw again.
