Interview process was fairly painless, HR was very helpful with scheduling. I met with 3 people including the hiring manager. The questions were pretty standard and they were curious about my background specifically because it wasn't in the same area of biotech.

The initial interview process is fine. However, was ghosted by HR after. We were supposed to align on follow-up dates but did not hear back. I wasn't going to leave a review at first. However, looking at LinkedIn here is my observation. To HR: instead of spending time making TikToks or inspirational posts, try doing your job.
