3 Rounds 1st Round - Recruiting manager 2nd Round - Manager & Director 3nd Round - Senior Vice President The first 1st round was really a meet & greet to gain understanding of what i've done and looking to do going forward. From here the recruiter agreed that the position would be a good fit. 2nd round is the most important imo... getting to know my potential manager and director. Answering questions and seeing if I'd be a good fit in team. 3rd Round validation from SVP of overall personality and fit.

I was interviewing while in college and they were very accommodating with making my interviews phone interviews until I got to the point where I came in to meet everyone.
