Did not even apply for position. Recieved an email from the VP of the department requesting interview. Had phone interview then met with team of 4 and the executive. Executive told me I was his “ideal candidate” so obviously I was expecting to hear back soon. Three weeks go by and I get an automated rejection letter for a different position. Then, the executive assistant who setup my interviews told me “they were still deciding”. I followed up with her again and have yet to hear back. It has been 2 months and still haven’t heard anything. The lack of organization and communication is insulting and rude! Complete waste of two months! Would have been nice to just hear “no” instead of being completely ghosted. Don’t even bother interviewing here!
