HR referred me to the position and brought me in for an interview with the Director. He was very welcoming and easy going and honestly created one of the best interview environments I have been in. A couple weeks later they brought me in to meet the President of the department and she was also kind and open about her relation to the role and what they were looking for. The process took a little over a month and there was little communication between interviews about next steps.
