Applied to an internship through e-mail, got a response after ~3 weeks that I'm good to go for round 1. That was a pretty easy "write your code on paper" technical round, there was no fluff talk about benefits/weekly fruit days/other things so that one's kind of a plus. But then HR took 3-4ish months (part of it was the December holidays, I can't blame them for that month) to call back, saying that they've been out for two weeks. Didn't accept the offer.

I had several phone calls with HR, where they got to know me, tested if I knew english that sort of stuff. After that there came a technical interview, where they asked me questions mostly about webdevelopment.
