I met with Sonos recruiters at my University's career fair and got selected for a 30-minute on-campus interview. The on-campus interview included some typical programming questions and behavior questions. I was also asked about my connection to music. I really appreciate this kind of question as if feels more personal and gives me a better picture of the company culture. The last part was a 3-hour long on-site interview and involved 3 rounds of technical/design interview. After the interview, we were offered a very nice tour of the office and sound labs.

I applied through college career fair. Got a phone interview in about a week with an engineering manager. He started with "talking about a project you did" question and is followed by an easy coding interview. After I finished, he asked about time complexity, memory management, etc.

It was a phone interview first with a software engineer manager. It was just a conversation with some questions about system design and some low level implementations. It was a 45 min interview.

Applied online, over a month later I got an email to schedule a 30min video/coding interview. After passing the first round, I was invited to Boston for onsite interviews. Had three technical interviews an then went on a tour of the facility. Interview questions weren't too difficult and I enjoyed the conversations, but ultimately I didn't get the offer which I was pretty bummed about.
