Preliminary chat with HR, followed by a technical assessment and final interview with the hiring manager. The process was quick and seamless and the people I spoke with were very kind and made me feel comfortable.

The first round was a 30-min interview with HR where they assess your motivation to join their firm and why you are interested in this role. In the second round, they sent a 2-hour test (Excel-based) to do on your own time, which was will discuss with the future manager in the interview. The final round was a 30-min call with the Global Head, which was similar to the first-round interview.
