I went to the headquarters for the 2nd round and sat down with Joel and Caryn first and then the two other people they had asked to join came in and both basically asked different versions of if I had an irate customer what would I do and if I was alright working weekends and holidays. Then there was this strange test about multi-tasking, (where you had to move pieces on a chess board by listening to a tape recorder and write down corresponding terms to names and numbers from a sheet that were read out and there were cards to put in order) and the people left me alone to complete it while the recording played and I did what I could in the five minutes until it shut off.
