Unnecessarily lengthy for the position. I don’t think the position needed that many steps to get hired. I understand that it’s a new company, But it still didn’t feel right

There was an assessment in which you had to answer questions like how would you respond to an email or how would you leave a voicemail (to a particular scenario)
They reached out to schedule the interview via zoom, and we were able to schedule it relatively quickly. The interview happened over zoom. It was about 30 minutes. The interviewer let me know the next steps.

To summarize the question, it was about handling conflict. Also, they asked me about my experience.
I had a Zoom meeting, second portion was a written project third stage was another interview. The entire process was comfortable, energy level was also good and friendly. Overall I would say that the interview process was challenging but in a positive way where you had to think and provide detailed responses.
