I applied online through an ad in monster.com. I was in Japan at the time so the interview was over the phone initially. The screening process left me at the final stages with 2 prospective candidates remaining. This was May of 2011. I was declined the position once. However few weeks later they came back to me to tell me they wanted to meet me in person when I got tothe US. The interview consisted of an Informal interview consisting og 2 Japanese ex-pats and a panel interview with the executives of the company.
