Had one video interview that primarily consisted of behavioral questions. Received a rejection email in the following week. Be prepared to answer lots of rapid-fire behavioral questions and receive information about the job at a quick pace.

Entretien
Interview happened in three stages: a phone screen, an online Java assessment, and a panel interview with the HM and team. One thing to note is that the interview process is very, very slow currently. I had my initial phone screen in June, but didn't have the panel interview until the end of August. Never heard back from them after the final panel interview. However, interactions with Solventum employees was nothing but delightful.
