Awful. My experience with this company’s interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. While the initial steps with HR and the recruiters were smooth and well-structured, the final interview with the Managing CEO left a very negative impression. Instead of focusing on my professional skills, qualifications, and what I could bring to the role, the CEO fixated on personal health-related matters in a way that came across as inappropriate and discriminatory. The comments and attitude reflected a sexist and biased perspective, which made the discussion uncomfortable and irrelevant to the position. A company’s leadership sets the tone for its culture, and based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this organization as a respectful or inclusive workplace
