Was given a tour of the plant and then had a Friendly review of my resume followed with some easy questions about my previous experience. Also questions about how I spend my off time and what I do for fun

Entretien
Went in for an interview with a panel of 3 people. One HR manager, one Training Manager, and one Production Manager. Each person would ask a couple of questions and they would take note of your answers.

They asked mostly general interview questions pertaining to experience in the industry applied for. They also asked several character related questions and how you have handled difficult situations at work.
