J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Solstice (Los Angeles, CA) en sept. 2025
Entretien
It was a very Thorough interview. It included assessments and voice recordings. It did take s long time to get results back. I didn't get the job. But it was a good experience
Long, unprofessional, questionable practices. You apply-wait a few weeks-follow up and hear back from new graduate and recruiter with no HR experience running the debacle interview process in which they ask for 5-6 references and make mistakes throughout
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There are two parts to this assessment:
I. Elevator Pitch Community Solar
Please send us a recording of you doing your best elevator pitch for Solstice’s community solar
product!
A few things to keep in mind:
● The recording can be in video or audio form
● It should last no longer than 1 minute
● We don’t expect you to know everything about community solar, so feel free to do
research on the internet, our website, etc. and do your best to guess at any small details
if you’re unsure
● The “audience” of this pitch is a potential customer who’s never heard of either Solstice
or community solar
II. Customer Service Ticketing Research
Excellent customer service requires efficient internal processes, especially through the use of
software to manage inquiries and ensure timely and effective responses. Please research and
present a few customer service ticketing system software options and recommend one of them
for Solstice’s use, along with an explanation as to why you’ve chosen that one
