Fairly easy. Very nice ambiance. The founder is very nice and sweet. Will understand your problems. It is a 100% commission job but very good opportunities provided. It has three long interviews because they really want to know if you are the right fit. They do not want people who cannot handle the job stress.

Entretien
first interview with the founder, she just asked common interview questions (skills, experience) .The first interview is about 10-15 mins. If the owner is interested in you, you will get a second interview with the sales team. The sales team will tell you what they are currently selling and test if you fit their team (second interview was about 40 mins) If you are not hired, they even won't email you or call you to reject.......

Entretien
Three stage interview beginning with over-the-phone, continuing with interview with the CEO, and culminating with interview with Leader / culminating interview with CEO. They will discuss details of the company, what they do, how they do it, why they do it, but give little practical information about the responsibilities until after you've been hired.
