The whole process was very well organised and all the Solon employees I have met were very kind and professional.
The stages of the recruitment process are the following:
- CV screening
-HR phone screening
- first round with 3 case interviews, TMT cases with focus on telecom industry
- second round with 2 case interviews, usually with partners or managers

Applied online with CV and cover letter, then was invited to onsite interview with 3 case interviews for the day. Heard back the result within the next day. Overall was very positive and caring.
