The process started with a screening interview, and was then passed on to a phone interview a few days later. The screener was not very organized and did not dive deep into details of the company. The phone interview was a little more comprehensive, but again didn't not feel extremely structured.

Asked me to describe my previous recruitment experience
Started off with a virtual interview, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was scheduled less then 24 hours beforehand, waiting over 24 hours for confirmation of the availability I provided before the weekend. I interviewed on a Wednesday and was told they would re-group before Friday of the current week. I never was provided any feedback, despite following up on the upcoming Monday.
