The goal of the panel interview is to ensure fairness and a range of perspectives so that both the candidate and Solidarity Center are fully comfortable in moving ahead. We typically put 3-4 interviewers on a panel - five is the top limit - but will certainly take your input to heart the next time we're hiring.
