I had an initial phone call to determine my experiences as well as target jobs and expected salary. The recruiter was not pushy. He was understanding of my concerns and expressed that he would keep in contact regarding alternative options.
Nice at first but very pushy, felt rushed into accepting positions when I felt like there were still a lot of needs not being met. My contact here was not an SLP and had little to no insight when it came to what I would need to work for a certain school district.

Entretien
The process wasn't stressful and the recruiters are very polite and do their best to help find the best fit for you. A Soliant recruiter called and emailed me to set up an initial interview. The interview was quick and the recruiter told me what they knew about the position and asked me about my experience. They then set up an interview with someone from the school district.
