The interview at the beginning was good. I told them I will think about the hours due to my schedule with my duaghter and boyfriend. They called back i told them i still needed time due to problems woth the hours. They then offered me a part time from 8am-1pm which was perfect. mon-fri and told me i would be set for training 6/17 and that the first two weeks would be full time from 10am-630pm. i accepted right away and they told me Jedsica would call me back from human resources to confirm, but that i was placed on that date to start. i got excited, moved to another room for rent with high hopes and excitement with startimg this job. i even applied other places for other hours that was available and set them as my current job with the schedule they gave to work around it. I called a few days before i started to confirm. Jedsica answered and in an unproffesional tone told me that she has called several times (She never left a voicemail and im always on my phone, no call) told me she emailed me multiple times (she repeated my email address completely wrong even though she has emailed me in the past [in May of 2019] , then proceeded to tell me that i never did their requirements for drug testing or background check and gave me a nasty attitude. I told her i was never told where or how to drug test for them, I have a background check already done, and that no one has called me which was the reason for my call. She stated, "Well i dont know when my next part time class is so if you want the job you are going to have to wait until i know when"(i was told in the interview they do a class every monday). I told her they are very unorganized and i hung up. Ive waited about 3 weeks to start working. To then have a nasty attitude and my job offer go totally wrong. I can tell there is no communication.. All that for 10/hr ? No thanks i can fond somewhere else that pays more and is more professional.

After submitting my application I had to complete a cognitive assessment and a personality assessment. I then had two interviews. The first was a normal phone screening where I was told about the position. The second was a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager spent the majority of the interview complaining about their team and previous applicants to the position. It was clear from the conversation that this hiring manager does not listen to feedback. I barely had a chance to speak during the interview. The compensation being offered is not acceptable for the amount of work and stress described for this position. Everything about the second interview was a red flag and I immediately decided I would not work for this company.
