The interview process took about 3-4 weeks. I was approached by a recruiter who reviewed my qualifications and then scheduled an onsite interview. The interview team consisted of four people, the director of development, two managers, and their chief software architect. They asked questions about my previous experience for about 30 minutes. Then asked direct technical questions for about 20 minutes.
