15 minutes - fastest in person interview ever. Bull pen style in a hotel conference room. Sales organization is old style intense commission based sales. You get a equipment - laptop, car, base. But the expectations are very high. Must start to generate business after 2 weeks of training.

Phone screen by recruiter followed by in person by manager and regional director. Follow up from recruiter was good as they kept me updated each step of the way.

I was told to be there 10 minutes early, and I was. While waiting for my interview there was a manager having a management meeting over Skype in the waiting area... for all to hear. I waited for another 20 minutes for my interview to take place. Not a very professional start.

It was great. The management seems like they will work with you on growing the business. They are really aggressive on growing their company. I eventually took another offer elsewhere, but I think working with them could be great for someone with passion and enthusiasm.
